About us
At the core of our platform beats a shared passion: POLO.
As a graphic designer, I always aim for creative solutions that go beyond the usual.
Building on this mindset and vision, I focused my efforts towards creating a tool to contribute to this dynamic world. This decision was inspired by my profound connection nurtured over more than a decade alongside my husband and friends who dedicate their lives to this exciting discipline.
Our vision
The idea to create a unique tool arose when we noticed a gap in the polo job market.
We recognized that, while there were job search platforms available, none specifically catered to the unique needs of this thriving and continually growing sport on a global scale.
This powerful tool streamlines your search, whether you’re looking for permanent positions or immediate and temporary opportunities, commonly known as ‘changas,’ hence its name.
What We Do
Teaming up with a group of programmers, we’ve crafted this tool with a unique approach. We’re not a job search agency, and, most importantly, there are no intermediaries involved.
Changa is for personal use. By downloading the app and creating your profile, you can connect directly with employers and candidates.
We’ve adopted the dynamics of polo groups on social media, where individuals submit job requests, transforming it into a mobile app that seamlessly connects supply and demand.

How does it work
Create your profile based on preferences for operating on Changa
I’M A GROOM
Choose to participate as “Doing Changas” and start filling out your profile:
• Name
• Mobile Number
*It’s important to select your country’s area code, and then input it exactly as it appears on your WhatsApp.
• Complete a brief biography highlighting your experience, skills, and any relevant information you may consider necessary to build an eye-catching profile.
• Once you’ve created your profile, you’ll receive immediate notifications for all posted requests that match your filters. Apply to those of your interest with a single click, and if selected, the app will automatically exchange phone numbers, facilitating direct communication via WhatsApp.
I’M A PLAYER, CLUB OR MANAGER
Choose to Participate as Requesting Changas and start filling your profile:
• Name
• Mobile Number
*It’s important to select your country’s area code, and then enter it exactly as it appears on your WhatsApp.
• Complete a brief biography describing yourself as a player or manager, and provide any necessary details about you, your club or role. This information helps applicants understand who they are applying to.
• Now, having completed your profile, you’re all set to start submitting requests for any job you’re looking to fill.
